The Friendly Circle of Beulah Congregational Church has published an oustanding cookbook--Yesterday and Today: Friendly Circle Cookbook 1917-1997.  North Dakota State Univeristy says that Yesterday and Today, "is one of the most comprehensive church cookbooks to include German-Russian recipes."

Yesterday and Today: Friendly Circle Cookbook 1917-1997 contains the Congregational Ladies Aid Society highlights of 80 years, church history and cooking hints in addition to the 325 pages of recipes.
